Director Kimberly Amato (star of Susan Adriensen's wonderful Under the Ravens Wing) was kind enough to provide us with a look at her new project Party Girl. Please take a moment to take a look at what promises to be a hell of a debut from this talented lady! It may not be a horror film but it looks so interesting we have decided to point it out to you. Series Synopsis:

There comes a time in every woman's life when you decide to live life for yourself. Even though her upbringing in a traditional Latino household told her otherwise, Leni Figueroa moved out of her parent's house, into her brother's brownstone and started a job doing what she loved most - event planning with Paradigm Parties and Events.

There was only one issue with this change of lifestyle, Maria Figueroa. Leni's mother has always lived life according to her traditional upbringing. She loves her daughter, but can't understand why Leni hasn't found her prince charming. As Maria truly believes, "if your prince charming is a frog, it is up to you to change the frog into the prince charming." Maria has an uncanny ability to turn metaphors into perfect guilt trips at any time and usually with Leni on the receiving end.
